Montevideo, Tristan Narvaja Fair the longest! Only Sunday Touristic point! Have to come!

This is how sunny Sundays look in Montevideo, everyone out for a bike ride and the parking full of bicycles, but no problem there is always space for a couple more. This parking is highly recommended by us, pretty safe, just infront of the fair we are going to visit. This fair is called Tristan Narvaja it is on the street that has the same name that starts in the principal Avenue and very well known 18 de Julio. This fair is very special because everything you can imagine probably you will find here. Known as the longest and largest fair in Montevideo, we like it specially for the food offer, it is amazing. You have Uruguayan but also international, Colombian, Venezuelan, Chinese and more. Vegan, meat, chicken, burgers, everything and not only sold on the street but along the sides there are also restaurants open that offer live shows to make your Sunday a different experience. As you walk by the streets you can also see performers, guitar players, violinists, live sculptures that move when you give them a coin, flamenco dancers and more. Some people come to buy their vegetables, others cheese and eggs, others their pet food or even wake up and say ay I want a pet and they come get it here, plants and even magic brownies yes! they can be found here and lots of variety also. In case you are curious about trying this in Montevideo. So if you need anything on Sunday in this city we would tell you to come check out in this fair. It is one of the touristic points and it can take you around 3 hours to walk all its streets, we recommend you to come around 11am and come empty stomach so you can try something here. It is not so expensive and if you just plan on walking and trying food here and there even more cheap than a restaurant. Even though restaurants have a fair price, good portions, nice attention and usually shows, you can always ask for the show of the day before taking a seat. We hope you enjoy it!!
