MONOCHROMES - MONOMAD, PRIZES, RULES, DELEGATIONS AND UNICORNS!

Hello, @brumest here, hope you guys are doing great!

• As many of you know by now, I've created and run the #MonoMad photographic challenge for quite some time. Almost since I joined this amazing place called Steemit!
  The challenge has changed a bit since I first started it. I am constantly trying to find a way to give back more to the small black and white photography community.
  Having that in mind, I decided to create this second account specially to run the #MonoMad challenge and to give a little boost to all you monochrome lovers out there.

• @azircon is a relatively new member in our community. So in case you don't know or follow him yet, please do. He has a tremendous crypto market knowledge, posting about it in a daily basis. And great photographic skills as well!

HOW AM I THINKING TO HELP THE BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY COMMUNITY?

This @monochromes account will have a double purpose:

• 1- To reward the #monomad challenge winners.
• 2- To reward potential delegators.

MONOMAD :

How will #monomad work from now on?

• The rules will be exactly the same, but the prizes will change and will be spread among 3 participants:

PRIZES :

• I will pick one winner, plus one second and one third place from each daily topic.
• The first place will receive a full upvote (100%).
• The second and third places will receive a 50% upvote each.

Keep in mind that the more this account grows the bigger these prizes and upvotes will be!

• The winners will be announced on the next day, just like before. (the winners from Monday will be announced on Tuesday, the ones from Tuesday will be announced on Wednesday and so on...).

RULES :

• Upvote the #MonoMad post from the previous day (NOT MANDATORY, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE SOME SUPPORT!!).
• ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE THE #MONOMAD TAG, OTHERWISE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• The posts must be in Black and White or Monochrome tones.
• Colorsplash edits are allowed.
• Each participant can post ONLY ONE SHOT PER DAY (until 23:59 GMT time).
• Every picture must be your own and that will be checked, so don't even bother posting Google images. Stolen content will be immediately reported to @steemcleaners.

DELEGATIONS :

By delegating a small SP portion to the @monochromes account, anyone can help the Challenge and, at the same time, earn some extra votes when using the #monochromes tag.
How?There will be a limited number of slots available in this early stage:

• Four 25SP slots - At current rate each one gets a 25% Upvote every 22 hours - Roughly 0,04
• Four 50SP slots - At current rate each one gets a 50% Upvote every 22 hours - Roughly 0,08
• Two 100SP slots - At current rate each one gets a 100% Upvote every 22 hours - Roughly 0,16

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE UPVOTE VALUES ARE TIGHTLY CONNECTED TO STEEM'S EXTERNAL MARKET PRICE, SO IT WILL FLUCTUATE ACCORDINGLY.

• 25SP DELEGATIONS - At current rate each one gets a 25% Upvote every 22 hours.
• 50SP DELEGATIONS - At current rate each one gets a 50% Upvote every 22 hours.
• 100SP DELEGATIONS - At current rate each one gets a 100% Upvote every 22 hours.
