monochrome monday — shadows in the sunlight

presentiment is that long shadow on the lawn
indicative that suns go down;
the notice to the startled grass
that darkness is about to pass

It's all your influence. I didn't pay attention to shadows really before. :)

Ha!! I do like taking the blame for this great photo!!😀

Isn't it nice to know you drew creativity out of me?? :) I checked your shadow photos and they all are good.

Thank you- I appreciate that so much! Did you see steemcleaners posted on that last photo?

Yes!! I hope he learns.

Great photos and poetic accompaniment:)

I bet they still use that green house, dont they?

Yes it's where they grow their vegees and plants for the outdoor market. Can hardly wait. It's my favorite place to visit.

long shadows look so dramatic in monochrome

They do.....that's what I took them just for this monochrome kind of day.

Those are both nice monochrome photos, but I really like the second one. Besides having a nice composition, the wood grain in that door is great! I wonder what kind of knotted tree that came from.

Yes...it was all about the wood for me too.....I didn't notice it until I edited. I'd love these doors in my house somewhere. If I remember, I'll ask the owners when I go to the market.

very nice black and white photos, keep being creative ! :)

Thanks @weberh8. I'm trying, I'm tryin'

I love the way the grass looks. Like little mountains ready to puff up. I love the shadows, the sun shining on the metal structure. Reminds you, the sun is up. Beautiful shots!

Oh they do look like little mountains.....grass always looks puffy like this in the springtime doesn't it. I loved the shadows too that's what drew me to the structures plus the glaring sun bouncing off of the steel beams.

Nice, jealous of all those greenhouses!

Greenhouse envy is so common now. :)

good photos, remember us to the work we are doing and make the best of our time in working
