Wow.. Really good job. I like the first one. It reminds me of a view I once saw through the microscope. And the second one - I needed a few seconds to figure out what did you photograph!

Lovely photos -like the first one, of course, but the photo of the driftwood is spectacular - it is sharp and shadowy with all kinds of depth and texture.

The driftwood was a beautiful piece. I was tempted to bring it home for the garden but didn't have the heart to remove it from it's spot on the beach.

That is one beautiful piece of driftwood. Looks like it was a fair size to drag home to the garden...
I know, I know. There was a smaller piece, the one in the second photo but I didn't want to take it. I used to collect small pieces of driftwood to frame a mirror but I never got around to it. I ended up throwing all the stash in the garbage after two years of "planning" to make something.
