Groupon, the Ultimate Savings Website, and How to Use it
Hi Steemit! In case you haven't heard of it, Groupon is one of the best websites for shopping in the world. Once you start saving money with Groupon, it’s hard to go back.
In this post, I'll briefly discuss Groupon and its function, along with a strategy for using it alongside other programs to achieve massive savings wherever you shop online.
What makes Groupon so good?
This post is a little bit different, because Groupon isn’t about making money, it’s about saving money. There are a few things that make Groupon the best site ever. First, Groupon has many local deals, so the savings aren’t just on the internet, but can be applied in real life as well. You simply link a credit/debit card, complete a purchase through their system, and get massive savings, sometimes saving up to 90% on a purchase. In addition, Groupon can be applied to multiple other programs for MASSIVE savings; Honey, Ebates, AND Gift Card Granny can all be used in unison with Groupon, so it’s possible you may be able to basically get free stuff on Groupon with enough savings, or even make money on a transaction! It’s unlikely that you’ll save any less than 50% when using all four of these programs together. Simply purchase a gift card on Gift Card Granny, visit Groupon, activate your cashback using Ebates, then activate your Honey discount, and get massive savings/cashback, sometimes making products almost or entirely free. Things in the world are getting really close to being free nowadays, if you know how to shop properly! The key is to use a combination of these sites.

Honey: Offers rebates, savings, discounts on hotels, and automatically applies coupon codes at checkout.
Ebates: Offers rebates at many online retailers.
Gift Card Granny: A gift card marketplace search engine that basically indexes all the best deals on gift cards/coupons. You can also sell gift unneeded cards using their service.
This all sounds very unrealistic. What’s the catch?
There’s no catch, but it can be quite tedious to use all of these programs together; it requires a lot of extra effort, and it isn’t always easy to get a good deal on a gift card from Gift Card Granny, since the site is simply a search engine of all the best deals. While this may be the case, these sites are all great sources of passive income as well, since they all have referral programs that pay in cash. (the same referral programs I use when posting links on this blog; it helps both of us when you check these programs out, so try it for yourself and put some food on my table) It’s never a bad idea to share these programs with your friends, because simply by making referrals with Groupon and the other programs listed while using them yourself, you may never have to pay to shop online again!
