Just moved - Left my successful career for a new life. Having financial troubles and need advice.

So, about a month ago I moved from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. I am 23 years old and spent my entire life in PA, and rarely traveled. I was getting pretty depressed and felt I needed a new perspective, so I packed my bags with my tax return and came down here to live with my sister. I left a database analyst career behind.

I thought, before moving, that it would not be hard to get a similar job or at least something that pays the bills quickly.

I was wrong.

I have applied to so many places, and while I do have an interview next week to be an Xfinity sales rep, the process is taking so long and I am really struggling. I do not want to have my sister have to feed me. I am at a loss for what to do, my girlfriend is coming to visit in the first week of June and I cannot even treat her. I have nothing left from my tax return. I have job leads, but they are all taking so long. Had I had any money, I would have invested it in BTC and had it grow.

I am just as total loss here. What can I do? I am trying so hard to work, I even applied to Taco Bell and Sonic (a very demoralizing process for someone with my qualifications). I may do that, if I hear back. I did call them after submitting my application. I have never faced such failure before. I interviewed for a database job shortly after I got here and did not get it. I have never been turned down in an interview before. While I am enjoying the area so much, I do not have the freedom that money allows and its really starting to take a toll on my well being. Does anyone have any advice for me for this transitional period? Even some reassuring words would do be good at this point.

I do not regret my decision to leave all that behind, I absolutely needed to be somewhere else and am happy here. But I am wondering if I did the right thing, for sure.

As reluctant as I am to even post this, I really do not know what else to do. I have never known the life of literally having not a dollar. Please do not take this as begging, I certainly do not expect any donations. I more so would rather have advice for anyone else who has done this. I have tried bars, etc, for quick tip money and was turned down all the way. I have no restaurant experience. I have been out looking every day for a month now and its getting quite discouraging. I think I might have to start selling my music equipment on Letgo, stuff I really do not want to sell.
