Why you should be an Entrepreneur?

We sometimes do not notice opportunities when they arise.what is important is for the people to grab these opportunities.There is no better moment than now .Don't aim to start big.You start small and grow over time.You need a vision .A business cannot thrive where there is no clear direction. Dont aim to accumulate riches in short period .such Fred will scare away the customers.

In 1984,Micheal Dell took $1000 and an idea,and began to build a computer business.Defying the Odds against success of a new business Dell built a very successful computer manufacturing company in the world.In the process he made millions out of investors who had faith in a young person and his ideas.Dells vision was to sell his computers directly to consumers .This approach allowed him to customize each computer to the customers needs.This sound interesting.He had a vision and determination to succeed.

As a precursor to most of my upcoming articles the starting point is to unravel the benefits that accrue to any person that decides to enter into business today.
The most fundamental questions are , what are the benefits to be derived from starting your own business,what are the strategies for starting a business successfully,which form of business should I venture into,how do I write a business plan and so on.In thus issue you will derive by starting your own business.

INCOME POTENTIAL
You are assured a steam of additional income ,Depending on the size of business after settling all your expenses you are left with enough income to cater for your immediate needs.As you expand your business you can be able to return other income for further expansion of the business.There is no limit as to how much you can make if your company takes off. Business is about taking risks.Where there is high risk there is high probability of huge profits .Most jobs offer nothing more than a false sense of security .Some even offer a higher work load that exceeds their pay and grades .It is only that kind of education system that we have in Africa teaches us to work for over people.

WORK ON YOUR OWN SCHEDULE
As an entrepreneur you have the freedom to do what you want.You can dictate how you want to spend the day.If you decide to spend the day with kids ,or having coffee at a nearby coffee shop,it will be up to you.No one will ask you .However the normal is that you find an entrepreneur always at work. Entrepreneurs really love their work .They want to see plans through .This is why they put much of their time willingly on their new found business

BEING IN CONTROL
You become your own boss and do not report to anybody.This means you cannot be fired,unlike working for someone .Being a boss is good .You can stop asking your boss for an increment and give yourself one.

AVAILABILITY OF SKILLED WORKFORCE
The country has a high literacy rate .There is a huge talent pool just waiting to be tapped.You can not possess all the skills necessary for the smooth running of the business in which case you have to hire people with requisite skills to do the job for you.There are a lot of graduates out there ready to be employed.

DEVELOPING PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
You can choose people to work with .This includes your workers and clients.You will not enjoy this if you are employed .Having a personal relationship with the people you work with is healthy as the major part of the day is spent at work.The problem is that you have no control over who to work with if you are employed.This is regardless of whether these co-workers are productive or not.As an entrepreneur you choose who to associate with.

Starting a business requires creativity and innovation.It calls for a high level of determination ,persistence ,commitment,courage and confidence.You ought to believe in yourself and have passion for what you do .A high level of assertiveness and hard work brings forth a high level of success. Entreprenuers see the world differently .They network and seek knowledge.They rise from a poor background to a very successful future .As you read this article be blessed and acquire confidence to start your own business.
