What 7,500 a month gets you in NYC
Earlier this week I posted pictures of the smallest apartment In NYC that was 2,000 a month. I figured that I would now show you a high end apartment so you could see what $7,500 a month gets you in New York City
This is a 2 bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side

Once again I would be very interested to see what $7,500 a month gets you where you live
A mortgage for a few million.
A mortgage for about $1.6 million. You could buy an entire block where I live and have no neighbors!
..but many lawns to mow. Lol!
At that price point buying is an option here as well. Although you won't get an entire block anywhere, it ranges between a nice 2 bedroom apartment and a multi family townhouse with a few apartments depending on the location.
