What is software testing work?
In a simple word a software will be given to you for checking. You have to use it and give them feedback so that they can check it actual performance to the theoretical performance.

This program is basically for a Computer engineer or a person knows coding. I am a civil engineer. But some of my friend earn more than 1000 dollar per month

If you know coding, you can earn. Also they offer some other option like keeping app on mobile phone for a certain period and send them a feedback. But those option is active only for a few countries like USA, CANADA, INDIA.
