Buddhist View: Staying Present, Acceptance on the Path to Wealth

We need money to live in the world. Even monastics depend on other people that have resources so they can eat and have shelter. While we are working on how our expression and how we want to serve the world the most important thing we can do is stay present in the moment.

Even if we lose everything and we have to seek out resources while we are getting back on our feet the whole process can be executed with ease. I know I went through it. I am now toying with the idea of helping women (maybe men, too, but I’m thinking that should be handled by men with experience, not sure) that have been victims of sex trafficking, like I was as a child, and help them heal their relationship to money since money was used for evil purposes and they suffered harm as a result.

Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared. ~ Buddha

This is not an easy thing to recover from and I have a unique perspective on recovering on this journey. My Buddhist path has been indispensable in the values that I live by and that I expect in my relationships. I’m kind of a stickler about that.

Your suffering is my suffering and your happiness is my happiness. ~ Buddha

Baby steps are required when we are trying to make big changes. As I take this course over the next year A Year to Get Rich With Purpose and basking in the support of the community of people that are focused on transforming their relationship to money and serve the ideas are bubbling up. The quality of people makes a world of difference.

That’s all for today.

What are your dreams for your finances and material well-being?

What you are now is what you have been, what you will be is what you do now. ~ Buddha.

What do you think?

Interesting post @soulsistashakti! some days ago I read this phrase-:
"When we stop thinking about what has already happened, when we stop worrying about what has not happened yet, we will be in the present, only then will we experience the joy of living."

It's definitely a discipline and I work at it every day.

Love to stay in the moment, in the present, as it is a gift, said the master in Kung Fu Panda.

Money are a simple tool filled with huge energy ... we need that energy for this dual world ... if the energy has a positive meaning ... we are all good to go and move on ... if not ... people are paying the price ... People nowadays have forgotten the meaning of the Acceptance of what they've received as Gifts ...everyone thinks that they're Gods ... they can have annything they want in this World ... it might be so ... but because of this temptation and illusion, the Family concept it's been ruined along with all kind of other temptations that are irresistible to the humans

Have a Blessed Time on Earth and accept the Abundance within'our Mind/Body/Souls :-)
