Simply Buy Litecoin. 
.Litecoin is better for transferring funds for a few reasons. The network fee is much, much lower. Secondly, the value is more stable. Bitcoin is very volatile right now due to impending changes . If you want to sit on bitcoin and speculate on value, that's fine, but if you just want to transfer value, it's better for the currency to have a stable value. Also, Litecoin is much faster to transact.
In this process just send it to a Litecoin address anywhere in the world for less than a dollar. Then cash out the Litecoin in the local region.
