The Wealth Equation

Do you know that Wealth is an art that is also govern by principles. So I will love to share some I have discovered from wealthy men. I call it the wealth equation because it has required input that will always produce results.

The Equation

The amount of income we receive will always be in exact proportion to:

• The demand or the need for what you do or offer (product or service).

• Your ability (expertise, proficiency and technical know how) to what you do.

• The difficulty in replacing you.

The demand or the need for what you do

For you to get through to the wealth zone, it is paramount that you never try to provide a service or product which there is no notable demand for it. If what you want to offer is not yet a need, you should learn to create a demand for the product or service you want to offer through exposure, advertisement, and others. When you have instilled the need then can you go ahead to meet the demand you have created which in turn will be rewarding.

Also you can opt to finding out demands (problems that need solution) already in place so as to bring forth innovative ways to meet the demand. Remember “People will always pay for product and services they can not offer themselves”. Always respond to demand which in itself is the offer of solution to a problem you have seen.

Be absolutely sure that there is sufficient and sustainable demand before offering what is in need if you want a reward for your input. “never answer a question nobody is asking”. Look out for problems and people will pay you for the solution you offer to their problem. Everyone wants comfort.

Your Skills and Ability

There is always a direct link between our skill set and the increase of our income. Your ability to do what you do is paramount to your wealth and abundance. Pay attention to your skills set and expertise. If your skills don’t match up you wont make enough head way.

Acquiring skills are costly but the end result is worth the cost because “Learning (the New), relearning (The Old) and unlearning (the wrong) is paramount in other to make head way in this 21st century”.

Always desire and work towards becoming a master in whatever skill set you possess. Skills defers age, gender, race and any barrier so decide to be the best in what you do. “Use a substantial part of you time to sharpen you equipment and I assure you that the process will be a smooth ride".

The difficulty in replacing you

To be valued means to not be easily replaced. When your uniqueness, or strategy, or competitive advantage stands you out such that you become uneasily replaceable you become wealth. “When your absence is not noticed, your impact is small.”
The wealth increase starts from within you.
