I really liked this post! I actually already do several of these, so I'm happy to know I'm on the right track, at least :P I definitely have my morning ritual that includes gratitude, yoga, and meditation. The past few days I've been slacking on the yoga and meditation parts, but I've identified that it's a problem and now all that's left is to correct it right?
