Incredible as the US Dollar falls, and here in Venzuela every day gains more value. If I were a foreign investor, I would study the Venezuelan market in the future. Clear betting a recovery not too far from the economy. Why? Because the prices of commercial real estate have lowered their price a lot and there are people that some time in the past were successful entrepreneurs, and now that property is rather a ruin and not a productive business. As a foreigner you could be lucky and buy a business or a property that in the future is a success, the risk of loss of investment would be little for the low of the purchase price. The simplest example I have been looking for is that a used car not very new in the USA costs about 5000 $ and here people sell cars for different needs in less than 1000 $ USD.
