Interesting idea and i'll have to read it in more detail. But to me it sound a little like shorting and taking some air out of the bubble before it pops.
Fun idea. I may have to read their paper and see if there is anything with a ring of practicality to it.
using hard sciences in finance and economics will make things worse because human nature is not rational and logical always so flexibility in policies will have good think to think about not the rigid one..
