I guess PayPal is the most obvious/ well known example of this sort of service!
Interesting to see what'll happen when bank-alts become normalised.
It also makes me wonder what the situation is in the developing world where I believe most people don't even have bank accounts - expansion there is more likely for alts I guess.
It would be great to see steem be offered in more places although TBH I do prefer powering up rather than spending it!

Yeah these days even PayPal has debit cards and a loan system. I'm biased against them, but that's neither here or there

Well, paypal isn't exactly free either. Some services are free, and some are not. The interest on their credit system is higher than most credit cards. Also, if you use paypal as the payment system when you sell stuff, they take a cut.
