RE: Cracker Barrel Old Country (CBRL) Analysis
Two short stories. First, I went to a Cracker Barrel twice in my life with my grandparents, and the second trip, every time I would turn around there would be the same old white man looking at our table. Like we were taking too long on our break and should have been back in the field 20 minutes ago.
Second, I went to Panera the first time in my life last week, got my gluten, and was about to dip, and one of the dozens of white sorority girls said "I didn't even know they came here." Now she may have been talking about a lot of things, but for the purpose of the narrative, she was talking about black people.
