BlackSwan joins Steemit!

I am happy to announce that my Blog (me & my longterm-standing website) are now on Steemit!

I first started investing over 17 years ago - therefore most of my Blogging time is spent on this big topic. That time when I started my ambitions in that filed (year 2000) companies like Commerce One and Nortel Networks were still around! Since then I am also posting in different online-forums (Germany, Austria, etc.).

But now I would like to briefly #introducemyself here on #steemit and my motivation to take this step.
First of all: I will try my best to write in understandable English (well, my mother tongue being German) - please excuse all my mistakes - thanks in advance.

I think it is time for me to be part of the ongoing conversations here on steemit about investing, stocks, cryptocurrencies and all other fascinating topics involving #economics and/or #BehavioralFinance. Furthermore I would like to build a relationship with Steemians that share my values. After several studies at universities (Industrial Economics, Behavioral Finance, Digital Currencies MOOC and so on) and stints at companies in Luxembourg and Austria I am now devoted to the topic: #FinancialEducation !

As a way to give back to the Steemit community, I will produce posts here on a regular basis for all Steemians to enjoy.

I want to use the environment of Steemit as a way to share topics to discuss with you and engage with Steemian followers to share my experience, my ideas, my wins, losses and everything which makes the world of investing so fascinating to me!

This should be a win-win for Steemit and for me by offering Steemians regular postings and content. I truly believe in and see the potential of Steemit and believe in a bright future for the community. I am therefore extremely excited to join you!

Having been to dozens of countries in the last 36 years (i am now ca. 39 years old...) I enjoy profiting from all the experiences made in countries like Namibia, India, Morocco and so on.

What can you expect to see from me on Steemit? Well, I will try my best to give you insights on the status of the world economy and on all kind of topics which are of interest to me, like: Global stock markets, Gold, FX, bitcoin, ethereum and cryptocurrencies in general.
