SUPPORT OMJ'S SURVIVAL FUND

I can't do adequate justice to just how dire the the situation is for my friend OMJ, so I'll just quote what he wrote when he first reached out for help on a forum that we both frequent:

Hey guys
I haven't been active here due to Real Life Shit so I'm gonna tell you guys what's been going on. 

I've been working on a start-up clothing brand (that i will not name for legal purposes) since about April that was valuated, before my ousting, at a hefty sum with a few zeroes in there. I kept all my funds that I made from the company inside the funds since I wanted to keep on pushing, and push quickly, and push we did.

Here's the thing. My former partner was my friend. As he provided the funding up for our venture, I gave him a majority stake with conditional me owning 45 percent. 

then, of course, he cut me the fuck out. man tells me "nothing was in writing"(despite there is) and locks me out of the funds, of the company, everything- leaving me hung the fuck out to dry and claiming I was "fired", and that my position was me getting paid in equity, not a set ownership. despite me refusing to pay myself.

everything was lost, instantaneously. I'm currently in the process of A. recovering my funds and B. destroying the company with multiple lawsuits from different sources, but I've sunk everything into legal/medical fees.

On top of that, I left my position at a very well known human rights organization that I moved out to LA for due to my mother's breast cancer- flew back to the east coast all the way back to Brooklyn to work on this insolent fucking company- at which point i lost the company nearly instantly, expunging me once more to Jersey, where the rent is more forgiving.

I'm in a beat position right now. I'm opening up a couple more ventures since my knowledge of this industry is ironclad and I have people willing to fund them, but that'll all take off around November.

As of right now, I'm fucked for September. Due to everything I'm temporarily dead broke for a short period of time. I've been hired for something that starts September, but my rent is due the first, and I'm very fucked.

every little bit helps an unholy amount. I need all the support I can get until
