Millennials are foolishly using Venmo to buy drugs

Drugs have long been a part of society and now millennials are going to new, and lazy, lengths to hide transactions.

LendEDU set out to find if young adults were using Venmo to hide illicit transactions.

The results are kind of surprising, considering the payment app keeps records of every transaction.

Of 1,000 millennial respondents who answered the survey, "32.6 percent claimed that they have used Venmo for some type of drug."

Naturally, Venmo frowns upon such naughty behavior.

"If there is ever a situation where evidence of gambling or other illegal activity is brought to our attention, Venmo works quickly to take appropriate action." Use your head, kids!
