1. CREATE A DETAILED ACTION PLAN TO GET FOCUSED AND TO GROW THE BUSINESS
Doing this regularly will give you the focus and clarity on what you really want and helps you to map out the EXACT actionable steps that you need to take in order to reach all of your goals. Reachable goals of course :p
2. INCLUDE MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS IN YOUR BUSINESS PLAN.
Having multiple income streams means that you never have to rely on just one thing- AND your chances for making more money are greater! You can literally build onto your passive income. I started with creating a planner. Then I added a course, then another course, then ANOTHER course. Now, each month I make money from four different things that require very little to no extra work on my end! -> Passive Income
3. ASKED PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT.
It's important to have products that people actually want. So maybe what works for your friend might not work for your business. Solution: ASK your potential clients. Sounds so obvious, and yet a lot of people forget to JUST ASK. In addition to simply asking people what they want and need, you can also try out Facebook groups where your ideal clients hangs out to see what types of things they want and need.
4. I WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN.
After creating a detailed Action Plan that I mentioned above, write EVERY SINGLE STEP down inside a planner.Write down exactly when throughout the year you will focus on creating each passive income idea along with all of the necessary steps that you need to do in order to create each thing. "Nothing happens unless you actually show up and take action.."
5. FOCUS ON BUILDING AN E-MAIL LIST
The next step is one of the most important ones. Creating a list where people sign up once and you can contact them anytime in the future (e.g. give them information about an upcoming event / new product).
How to build an Email-list? - Pretty simple. Create a little bonus product, for example: 10-Step-Guide for the perfect summer body. After you created it sign up at mailchimp.com and use their premade layouts for a Email-Optin-Form. It should look something like this:
6. CREATE PREMIUM CONTENT THAT LEADS TO SALES
Now comes the hard but also fun part. Creating high wuality content with lots of information that people are willing to pay $100-$500 for. The fun part comes after you finished creating it and selling it to people where they only have to download your product. No time required in packaging or delivering. That is real PASSIVE INCOME.
