Start with a big cook and take out the lunches at work as well as take away dinner. You will save hundreds of hundreds in a week!

Make a shopping list before you go shopping. Stick to it and cook smart. If you buy a kilo of salmon, maybe you can make salmon in the oven today and use the remains of a good salmon pasta tomorrow? Matsvinn = waste of your precious money.
Bargain most at once and fill up with fresh produce if required. Refrain from impulse buying by not shopping when you are hungry.
Start sharing! Can you and a colleague share a Spotify family account if you do not want to use the free version? Review if there are other subscriptions that you can share instead of paying separately.
Do you need both Netflix, HBO and Viaplay? And who was on the mash even pay channels on the tv? Choose a payment service, max two, and try if it works for you for at least a couple of months.
Bring a bag to the grocery store, saving you at least two crowns each time you shop. If you shop four times a week and buy a bag each time, it will be 416 SEK in one year - for plastic bags.
Avoid the temptation to shop. Windowshopping not "just for that" and avoid kidding online stores if you do not need anything.
Do you shop something a week even though you should not spend money? Check out discount codes, cashback sites and if you can get a discount code to sign up for a newsletter before shopping. Also, do not forget to double-check shipping and return fees, they are expensive, it may be worth refusing if it is uncertain if you will be satisfied with your purchase.
Make it a habit to compare prices. Many products are cheaper online than in store. In order to keep track of the best food prices, you can use the App Prize app. Via Matsmart, you can also trade priced products that are approaching or have passed best-before dates, but are still available.
