Thanks @denisetherealtor ! Georgia has them but they are not deed sales there are certificate sales with the county office and each county has it at different times, call the county collector to check on their tax delinquent sales list (repository or tax sales) and asknif tere are any over the counter or keft over unsold properties. I just put oht a new post on this too!
