No "ALL CLEAR" For Stocks, There Is Still A Deep Line In The Sand. By Gregory Mannarino

Don't allow today's stock market rally to have you believe that all is just about to go back to "normal," there is no real normal any more for this market.

"Normal" for this market has been sustained upon the Federal Reserve artificially suppressing interest rates for nearly a decade, and that is certainly NOT normal.

We have watched stocks react very negatively to the US 10 year Yield move above 2.79%, and we remain very close to that level right now.

In order for stocks to continue to move higher in this environment, bond yields will have to be kept low moreover, the US Dollar will also have to remain weak.

The US Dollar weakening is in fact going to be the "norm" for the foreseeable future however, this will not be the case for bond yields which will continue to rise. Unless the Federal Reserve not only backs off from their current rate hike "schedule," (which is subject to change), but also institutes a new bond purchasing program, the line which has already been drawn in the sand so to speak will end this Bull Market viciously.
