I was listening to NPR on the way home today and they are pushing the soft sell now on why the "UGE" trade deficit might be a bad thing after all for the US. Folks nothing wrong with doing a little prep work. Better to have and not need it, than need it and not have it.
I think that all the bond buying we've seen the past few days was the fed trying to prop up the market after the news of the petro yuan launch. That should be a game changer for countries looking for an alternative to the dollar.
