Is Crypto poised for new Ponzi Schemes?

in #money7 years ago

Hi Steem family

Lately i've seen a massive amount of websites, "investment" platforms that offer insane results ranging from 1% daily to 2% daily trading on crypto currencies... unfortunately a lot of these also are creating affiliate and referral programs which make you question the legitimacy of the investment. Last week i got ripped of $200US in a website promising to mine and deliver to me LTC and up to date I have not seen any of the daily transfers...

The biggest problem of de-centralized platforms in the Block Chain world is that No one is regulating it... I feel like in the 1800's and the wild wild west.....you have to be carrying a gun and ready to shoot some f&*kers. Who do you go to!?

What's your thought?

Earlier Ponzi's spoiled the name of "Affiliate Marketing" term and now they use Blockchain name to pull money out of peoples pocket. I had been a victim for such kinds of programs but it's completely messed.
So what you do is do the research yourself before investing, and don't do Ponzi's and HYIP schemes.
If you invest in Crypto and Altcoins make sure you check the isn't that MLM company.
