Declining power of the US dollar .... more signals?

I just started learning any type of technical analysis about 7 months ago when I got into crypto, so I wouldnt consider myself an expert. This however seems to be common sense.

I downloaded some apps to help me learn TA and how to read charts. One of them is called RoboForex. I was playing around and came across this chart. Dont know a lot about Forex and dont know the frequency of change in this type of chart, but I really found this interesting .....

All USD pairs seem to have a higher percentage on selling side ... definitely interesting to me.....
