Bitcoin fell to $604

 The bitcoin exchange rate continued to decline. On the morning of 2 August, he was down below $600, but later corrected to $604.

As of 11.30 a.m. Moscow time, bitcoin was trading at $604,54, down for the day by 3%. At this level, bitcoin was not from 22 June this year.

Sunday, the cryptocurrency has lost almost 8%. 31 July, bitcoin was trading at $654. The market capitalization of the bitcoin system dropped to $of 9.54 billion.

One of the main factors affecting investor sentiment is the expectation of official statements on the results of the three-day meeting of core developers and bitcoin miners, which ended in California. The event was supposed to take part such industry leaders as Bitmain / AntPool, Blockstream, HaoBTC and F2Pool.

As suggested by the participants bitkon community, the main topic of discussion was the issue of scaling the network.

It is already known that the publication is preparing a joint statement of the participants of the meeting. As reported by Brian Bishop, a developer at bitcoin startup LedgerX, a statement will consist of 75 pages.
