Let us Investigate Why Bitcoin Drop Dramatically 30%

Since last week,bitcoin had been reaching the newest high of （$3000 bitcoin/Usd).However,Bitcoin was surged down dramatically in these 2 days for about -30%.All the crytocurrency were affected by the drops of bitcoin,like Ethereum,Litcoin,Monero or Steem.Some economist regard this drops as the investors were doing profit taking,but personally,I was not agree with this statement. From my humble opinion, this was a economy bubble because of investor was extremely confident to the crytocurrency. Some of the pessimistic economist was expecting bitcoin will experience a deep surge of 46.5%,with the price of $1470.

Although the Efficient Market Hypothesis state that we cannot use past history to expect the future, but now we are loss if we did not use of past result! So if I use the past data to observe this drops,this drops seems like will having a long period. This is
because the crytocurrency had experience a long term bullish market,espacially on the period of October till December of 2013,Bitcoin was experiencing a tremendous increase in value which was from $130 to $ 1100. However, after the incremental,
bitcoin did not fall back to its intrinsic value,instead of bullish market until today with the price of $3000.

However, you still have to remember that behind the crytocurrency,there was a group of investor who knew the insider news
and the intrinsic value of bitcoin.So they will make use of their insider news to gain a profit.This makes the market to be robust and easily affected by the emotional selling and buying. This was proved with the incident of dramatically drop in bitcoin value during these 2 days

So from my humble opinion,fundamental investing was the only way to have a guarantee of profiting. I am here to encourage
you to keep your crytocurrency with a 3 to 5 year period then you sell it away to ensure to have a guarantee profit.So you may think where does this law comes from, oh that law was came from Warren Buffet,I just imply his rule here!
