The fact is it's springtime in the city of Toronto, the flowers are in bloom, the trees have all grown leaves and the city has become electric with anticipation and energy of the NBA final series to begin on Thursday night. The vibe in Toronto is so euphoric you can even feel the electricity in the air from the excitement and determination of this Toronto Raptors franchise to bring home the NBA championship for Canadian fans.

I actually corroborate with your point though because Canada itself contains lots of beautiful cities and I am sure Toronto is surely part of such places.
