We started with the basics, opening a brokerage account. When seeking capital appreciation, stocks are still generally the greatest way to achieve this from a long term perspective.

Did anyone notice the 100 oz silver bar??
A couple of interesting things happened while at the pawn shop....
Someone had just come in before as tried to pass off some FAKE silver coins. Handling these coins, it was obvious they were fake. Lightweight and poor designs. I give the frauds a “D” for effort.

In the end, we ended picking up a bunch of sovereigns, both gold and silver, as well as some Morgan’s.
Couldn’t get rid of the fiat soon enough!
This was only step 1 in this odessy to teach an up and comer about sound money. Step 2 wil be to open up a Goldmoney Holding so he can own some gold with professional level security and utility. This made me laugh really hard. 😂😂😂 @goldmatters. The fraud is a novice in that area. That was really poorly planned fraud.
After reading about this young man's passion for gold, It made me think about the question, Bitcoin or gold, which is a better investment?
And I came up with the conclusion that Gold is still a winner though that could change soon, with the way the crypto market is on fire. Gold is always a smart addition to any portfolio due to its historical reliability and real value, but Bitcoin is starting to become a worthwhile option. As a Modern investors, it would be smart to keep a small amount of both in your account portfolio, but should also be wary of over-investing in a currency with an opaque future.
Having said this, it good to know that goldmoney can help you invest in both bitcoin and gold, hence helping you to diversify your portfolio, and become a safer and more knowledgeable investor - the goldmoney investors.
Yeah, it was pretty embarrassing for the fraudsters, they probably could have made a better effort!
Yes I agree that it is okay to own both, gold AND bitcoin. I actually dont view either as a tradional investment. I would categorize gold as “savings” and bitcoin as “speculation”. Neither are bad and someone should probably have many different types of assets in their portfolio to diversify:) thanks for reading as usual!

Sometimes, i try to compare cryptocurrenty and gold and i found out that with gold, there is no unpredicable events such as currency collapse. Historically, gold has been one of the best safe harbors for one’s resources. Gold helps to hedge away risks and many more reasons. For me, gold is more preferred because at the end of the day you can hold, see and physically own gold.
Prior before now, i knew gold money deals with bitcoin but didnt know how, i just found that goldmoney buys and sells bitcoin.

In my younger days, I used to buy 1/10 oz gold eagles for $36.00 on payday. I often second guessed whether I should have bought one that week or not, because it seemed like a lot of money at the time!
