"Money is the root of all evil"

We have heard this in different places, from different people. Many people believed that this phrase was allegedly taken from the bible. But on the other hand, can you see the problem here? We are striving everyday, working hard to earn money, yet we believe that it is the root of all evil. Does that make any sense? Who else doesn't need money in this nefarious world we're living. Money is something that humans essentially need to support their living. Now we must take a look at the verse from the Bible:

“For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs” -(1 Timothy 6:10).

This is where those phrases originally come from. This verse is frequently misquoted as saying "Money is the root of all evil". These words makes money the source of all kinds of evil in the world, which is not true. Loving Money does. Observe how "Love of Money" is substituted by "Money", this has a big change in the real meaning of the verse. It makes a huge difference when we say Money because it is pertaining to the money itself. However, When we resonate to the right context of the verse, It's not the Money itself, but the Love of Money is the source of all kinds of trouble.

Those who believe in this will intuitively balk and refuse to take the opportunities to make money. They might also consider those people who have made money through corruption, it'll made them think that only evil people can acquire it.

Imagine that you have $1000 in your hand, and you're already thinking that it is evil, you will just want to get rid of it. But can that money really be evil? As a piece of paper it has no capacity other than what you give it.

Today, We are living in the world that loves money, adores money, and honors those who have money.
The problem here is that, many people make money as their priority. Some people will do anything just for the sake of having money. Even if it takes so much of them, or they could harm nor it can affect other people's life, they don't care as long as it brings them money.There's nothing wrong with money. Doing these unscrupulous act to acquire money is what makes it evil, making it as an objective of your existence.

I have heard in the news about different crimes happening in the society where money is the primary cause. Or should i say, Acquiring Money is the primary cause of it. I've heard once, A mother even sell her own child just for some cash. I can't really imagine how someone could sell their own child. Well maybe they might have deeper reasons of doing that but its really awful.
I also have read in the news that someone ended the life of his very own father just to take the inheritance after his father pass away. Now this is the most horrible thing I've heard. Someone ended other's life just to acquire money. Even it takes killing his own father. I just can't believe that someone can do this kind of thing.
Also, the most typical issue regarding the government and society is the corruption. We can't deny the fact that it occurs in our community today. It is a poison in the society. For the past years we have noticed that there are really some of the government officials who were engaged into corruption. And a lot of concern citizens were complaining, and got disappointed when some of the government officials have shown off and confirmed to be involve in corruption issues.
I just wonder sometimes if why are they complaining when they even started it. Why am i saying this? Its because even just before those people were elected as government officials, We, citizens have the right to choose and vote for the person who we think can make a progress in our society. But during the election campaigns some of the candidates were trying to buy the votes of people. They do vote buying just to gain more votes and win the election which is not really appropriate for an ideal selection. Vote buying only shows that from the beginning, that person only loves money. And they think that they can buy and control the right of people because they got a lot of money.

Those voters who willingly accept money and sell their votes also shows that they only love money. Since i was little i have witnessed this kind of situation, till i'm growing and gently understand those scenarios, i have swore to myself that when i'm at my 18 years of age, and has oblige to vote, I will not receive any money from vote buying. I swore to myself that i will choose someone whom i see them a real potential to make a Change in the future. Someone whom i think has a clear vision and goal for the good of our country. Not just for the love of money.

These are just some examples which shows how people loved money over anything else.

As much as i wanted to expand more of my insights regarding these matter, i still have more things to do. I just wanted to share this to you because lately, there is someone who sent me a message through e-mail, i don't know if this is a scam or spam or something;

I don't know if that's true but this is my reply to him..

I think its really awful to receive that amount from someone whom i don't even know. Taking someone's money without their consent is a big disrespect. They've worked hard to gain their wealth and they didn't earn it just to give to someone they don't even know.

Unhealthy Obsession

The fatal of love of money exhibited also when we start to admire haven rather than procedure. We talk about prosperous people and want to acquire what they have now as dispute to what they went through.

The real treasure in making money is the procedure, not the haven or how much millions they have in their bank accounts. Establishing wealth is not the Range Rover or luxury villa, it is a process of growth and character development.

The Process of desire, engagement, hard work, perseverance and so on are the important values that will refine into other range of life, and proof will come from knowing that one has a strong foundation of how they become what they are today and never afraid to lose what they have now, for they know how to build their wealth again.
