Binance now taking on new registrations, VICE whitelist open and cryptos trying to find a foothold

Good morning traders and TGIF! What a week behind us again. Rumors of South Korea crypto ban originally sent the coins tumbling, but most have somewhat regained their footing or trying to, at least to some extent, on South-Korea governemnt's official clarification that no ban is planned (at least in the short term). Good luck fighting cryptos - i guess their government realizes this and is looking for other ways to combat it or profit themselves from it.

So what's happening?

I wrote about the STEEM -> VICE softfork in this post (SFW).

VICE whitelist is now open if you want to participate in the crowdsale, that is starting on February 1st. But getting on the whitelist is not free, but it's not pricey either. Paid whitelist probably implenented to keep the less serious folk away from it. If you held some STEEM on December 29th, 2017, you're going to get a free airdrop anyway, as soon as the token launches.

Apparently Binance has opened again their new user registrations. I managed to get in via an affiliate link already a few days ago, so all of you, who are missing a trading account, might try to hit them up. I am personally not looking to do any trading there, but better have that account ready for the rainy days. Apparently there were people selling crypto trading account for 2000-4000 USD on Reddit as well - so better be prepared.

The Binance CEO Zhao Changpeng told Bloomberg that once they re-opened, they added 240 000 new users in just under an hour! That's a quarter of mil new users, new money, new pumps coming!

I've been keeping an eye on WTI oil - i was taken out with a stop, but i have re-entered small. This is the WTI oil chart from yesterday -at the exact moment of the turn - in the history of WTI oil, there has never been such a high reading of RSI
