The Impression of Increase - What All Men & Women Want

The impression of Increase is one of those concepts that is intangible and hard to put into words. If you learn to give people the impression of increase you will be successful in life.

The impression of increase was a phrase coined in 1913 by a famous author of the time, Wallace D Wattles. He explains that your thoughts and actions must convey to others the impression of increase. People are forever seeking a better life, more money, more clothes, more abundance, more Steem, more status. Wattles claims this is what’s behind all aspiration and human advancement. If the impression of increase is not present then dissolution and decay set in at once.

You have encountered this in your life. Think about the people you admire and why you admire them?

What you will find is that alot of the people you look up to are a reflection of your desires. They are where you want to be one day and by admiring them you hope to get similar results. This is all on a subconscious level but it’s one of the reasons why we admire certain individuals.

So how can you convey the impression of increase to the world?

Wattle’s writes:
"You must become a creative center, from which all increase is given off to all. By holding the unshakable faith that you yourself, are in the Way of Increase; and by letting this faith inspire, fill, and permeate every action.

Do everything that you do in the firm conviction that you are an advancing personality, and that you are giving advancement to everybody. Feel that you are getting rich, and that in so doing you are making others rich, and conferring benefits on all."

I created a video of Wattles thoughts on the matter. He wrote these words in 1913 so the language may seem antiquated but the message is still profound.
