Poloniex No Support ,No Contact ,No answers

HELLO
my name is erez
i have a poloniex account, i deposit bitcoin to my poloniex account. I accidentally frozen my account, waiting for customer service for three weeks and no answer. I sent identification documents to (LEVEL 2) but the status is "pending verification" and there is no customer service response. I'm very disappointed and sad, I can not do anything in this situation. this is my tickets in poloniex support center: #386902, #418284, #428596.
please help me and share it.
