Awesome write up, I hope to get into real estate investing and rental property's by the age of 24-26 so this an inspirational piece. Went ahead and resteemed & upvoted would love to see more content like this piece.
Thanks friend! I plan to do one of these for every continent. Except one of course. I got my first investment property at age 25 so it's totally doable. Even if t isn't a lot of money initial, it can still be profitable. Plus real estate is a real asset so that's always nice
