I think you ought to read Ben Franklin's A Modest Proposal because it might really interest you since it begins on the same thought you're on here, and since you have a sense of money to begin with you might actually get behind what he's saying.
I find myself remarking that without financial freedom, freedom doesn't mean anything and you cannot have financial freedom without a good understanding of what money is and isn't as freedom comes with responsibility and if the foundation of that is built on blind faith in the Bankers and not on understanding we will get a rude awakening to exactly how bound we are to the bankers.
Understanding the freedom of the individual and the responsibility to a community are two of the most valuable areas I have been learning/thinking about here. It is not that I didn't before but interacting here forces various considerations based on a clearer view of things tat are often hidden away from the public.
People have been devolved for hundreds of years now so that all our inheritance and knowledge has been robbed from us, it makes sense if you read what I referenced because the thoughts are of a level of sharpness that hardly appear in our so called intellectuals, granted Benjamin Franklin was a genius in his own time, he would make Elon look like a nincompoop.
