Payroll Accountants working in the Motion Picture Industry use what I call Hollywood Time, when figuring a persons Work Hours... Every Six Minutes is One Tenth of an Hour... So, 22.8 would Translate to mean 10:48 PM on the West Coast of the United States...
August 26, 2020... 12.6 Hollywood Time...
