Bought More Crypto ....... hmmm What Did I Buy?
These type of markets will jerk you around hard and really mind fuck a person. I'm sure a lot of you are starting to question the future of crypto all together. You start asking yourself questions like, "What is this stuff really worth? Could Bitcoin go to $500 or even $50? Now you might say, "Well it isn't going to go that low."
If Bitcoin goes to $1,000 you might start thinking that it might go to $500. When the sky is falling you start thinking it could just keep getting worse. Then suddenly if we have two good days people start freaking out that they maybe missed out on the "bottom."
It is kind of funny how I keep seeing people's price predictions change as the market goes down. We all do it though. Back in 2014 / 2015 myself and a friend kept saying, "Man if Bitcoin gets down to $250 I'm all in!" Then when it got that low suddenly we were saying, "Man if Bitcoin goes down to $100, I'm going to sell everything and go all in!" Guess what? ..... it never went to $100. I see people doing the same thing now.
No one knows if we are going to have a long tail that last an entire year. That would really suck but could happen. Or maybe we go hockey stick parabolic with some of the alt coins. I mean what the hell has been going on with Factom? I don't even know.
What I bought.
EOS - EOS
ZEC - ZCash
XMR - Monero
kind of totally unrelated to your post but had a question and thought you may have some insight. so recently my phone broke and i had to get a new phone. i made a point of disabling my authenticator and changing to sms however I think maybe I didn't have a phone number on my account. when i try to login to binance it tries to do the sms authentication but then says no number on file. i got about 4k trapped in that account. reached out to support the other day waiting to hear back.
Oh Fuck! Quite honestly I don't know what will happen especially since we aren't verified on there with picture IDs and all that garbage. Hmmm.... did you do a backup of the QR codes for Google Authenticator ? because if you did then you could install it on the new phone and then activate it and then try to get Binance to let you do e-mail verification and Google Authenicator again. Hopefully they can get back to you soon. Plus hopefully you can be on the Same IP address you have been logging in from.
Can't say I agree with you about buying now or buying EOS, but I'm watching you like a hawk. And I hope you are right because I have lots of Monero! (That is the only crypto I'm currently ahead on - it was $20 once!)
Yeah Monero is one of the most legit projects. I really like the fact that there are only going to be 18.4 Million coins and the majority of that is mined out already. I'm trying to refill my bags on that but also staying diversified with DASH and ZCash as well as far as the anon cryptos go.
It is honestly kind of nuts because even buying in when this stuff is down 90 to 95% from all time highs there is always the feeling that it could just keep dropping and dropping.
My main thing is I don't want to totally blow through all the money I have sat aside for buying crypto too soon.
Monero will have close to a 1% inflation each year after it hits 18.4 million coins.
Makes sense. The miners have to continue to be compensated.
I've got DASH as well but that has nearly dropped down to what I bought it for ($75) - hate it when they do that!
EOS is o e of my top picks 😬... I may have to get some more for them dem gamblin’ sites jk 🤣

I think it is interesting that the price of Factom is increased by 22.64% in the last 24 hours, currently (2018.12.06, 08:45 CET) worth $18.31 USD, while most of the cryptocurrencies are going down nowadays.
I know the whole "if it goes to x" thing. I've done that myself a number of times in life. The times I just bought ended up turning out better for me. Sure, I probably left a few dollars on the table, but most people can't time the top and the bottom. If it's a good asset at a decent price, then buy it. (Not investment advice.) ;)
Yeah that is why I keep buying and averaging in. I see people doing that so much right now and some of them will get a great deal but most of them will miss it and then be waiting for months for that next dip that never comes.
