What is ModulTrade?
ModulTrade started in October 2016 from an idea. They started the development and had the concept ready for launch on April 2017. The tokensale is now running to raise funds for further development, and the market place trading platform will be finished during 2018.
ModulTrade is a platform which will help people all over the world trade with each other while delegating all the boring work and hassles to ModulTrade and their low cost partners. You can select from providers worldwide and choose the one you like the most and find the best possible option for your criteria. With the help of the ModulTrade platform the buyer and the suppliers will not have to worry about getting their goods or their payment, because with ModulTrade everything is secured through the blockchain.

Business model and strategy
A fee for service and access to the ModulTrade ecosystem will be charged. ModulTrade will be charging a fee for trading, finance and other services it provides on its own. Banks charges between 4 - 15 % in fees, while ModulTrade's fees only will be around 1 %.
The main competitors of ModulTrade are the established players like global and local banks and financing organizations, and online webshops like Amazon, eBay and Alibaba.
The cryptocurrency project Moneta is also a competitor with a similar idea but with a different kind of audience.
MTRc token distribution
- Total supply: 100 million tokens
- 10 % of all tokens sold during pre-sale (10 000 000 tokens)
- 20 % of all tokens (up to 20 000 000 ) is available during the token sale which is now live and will end January 28th
- 20 % of all tokens will be used for product development of the ModulTrade platform
- 32 % will go to creation of the ECO-system
- 15 % of the tokens will be kept by the ModulTrade team. The tokens will be released in three intervals. 5 % releases after 6 months, 5 % releases after one year, and 5 % releases after two years.
Unsold tokens will be burned, so the total supply may be smaller than 100 millions tokens.

This project looks very promising to me and I have invested in this project. I am not giving any investment advices, but just giving you more information about the ModulTrade ICO and project so you can make up your own decision. I think the ModulTrade platform can disrupt the market and make the banks with high fees suffer. A lot of people will benefit from the platform and get access to much more items and resources than ever before. I am excited to follow ModulTrade on its journey and see what they are able to achieve. I am sure they will surprise us all.
