Dtube Exclusive // Behind the Scenes Video from my Modeling Shoot Today
Hello Friends!
I spent most of the day in an awesome creative studio modeling for Martini Metalcraft Jewelry. It was so fun to collaborate with such creative minds and help support such a cool brand.
Me and my fellow model happened to snag some video from the day and so I put together a little "behind the scenes" sneak peek video from our shoot today. I can't wait for the photos to come out so I can share the collection with you!
This shoot was in the studio and mainly involved product shots... as opposed to lifestyle imagery. This means we were taking more basic shots of the jewelry to be used in product presentation on the website - compared to lifestyle images which are more stylized and used on social media.
Martini Metalcraft is one of my biggest modeling clients and I am so proud to represent her brand. All of the jewelry is handmade by the designer and uses quality metals such as sterling silver.

I am sure you would have learned something from their setup because when you do big projects or with a bigger crew, there is everything very professional, so you can learn a lot.
Great point! Yeah, it was super awesome to check out his studio and see the lighting/equiptment he was using. I REALLY liked that huge overhead light you see in the picture. Even though we were working for hours, it never got hot like most studio lights.
Yeah, it is because they are made for this.
I was watching a video other day about how to improve your vlogging skills and realized Lights help you a lot in capturing good video.

Hahah that would be what you notice from the video! 😆 They wanted to go for some warmer looking shots and the gold disc really helped!

Awesome! Believe it or not, I'm a casual model as well. The pay is pretty awesome for a few hours of work.
One time they even paid for an overnight hotel by the beach so I can stay over and wake up early for it.
Oh that’s awesome! It’s definitely fun to just do a little on the side and work with some cool people. Your experience by the beach sounds super fun!
