আপনাদের কাছে হয়তো অবাক লাগবে। এ কথা শোনার পর যে লালশাক আবার কোন ধরনের শাক একেকবার একেক রকম।
আমাদের দেশে আমরা এরশাদকে লালশাক বলে থাকি কারণ এই সবগুলোর কালার হচ্ছে লাল কালার। এই জন্যই বলি লাল শাক।
লালশাক আমার খুব প্রিয় একটি খাবার আমি লাল শাক রান্না খেতে অনেক পছন্দ করি। লাল শাক রান্না খেতে আর ভালো লাগে।
লালশাক আমার খুব পছন্দের একটি খাবার লাল শাক চিংড়ি মাছ দিয়ে রান্না করলে অনেক বেশি মজা হয় খেতে।
তুই যা না বলাও এরপর আমি আমার আম্মু আমাদের বাড়ির সামনে অনেকগুলো লালশাকের বিচি রোপন করেছে।
সেই বিচি থেকে অনেকগুলো লালশাক বের হয়েছে এরপর ওই বিচিগুলো আমার আম্মুকে নিয়ে নিয়ে রান্না করে।
লালশাক আবার চিংড়ি মাছ দিয়ে ভাজি করা যায় আবার চিংড়ি মাছ দিয়ে রান্না করা যায় তোমার পছন্দ লালশাকের আমি অনেক ভালবাসি।
লালশাকের রান্নার মজাটাই আলাদা কারণ লাল শাক খেতে শুকনো ভাত দিয়ে অনেক বেশি মজা হয় আর ভাজি করলে আরও বেশি।
এই জন্যই আমাদের বাড়ির সামনে আমার আব্বু লাল শাকের বীজ বপন করেছে আরো বীজ থেকে লালশাক উঠেছে অনেকগুলো।
লাল শাক খেতে আমি খুব ভালোবাসি লালশাক আমার খুব পছন্দের একটি শাখা আমাদের এখানেও বিভিন্ন ধরনের শাক রয়েছে।
তারমধ্যে লালশাক পুঁইশাক কুমড়া শাক লাউ শাক ইত্যাদি সব ধরনের সাকি আমি পছন্দ করি কোন ধরনের শাক আমি বাদ দেই না।Hello friends, how are you all, I hope by the grace of God, everyone is well and healthy.
