I was wrong, so wrong about UFC 223. (Holloway vs. Nurmagomedov)

After much Yanni-listening, I have come to terms with Holloway-Nurmagomedov and I am eating my words like popcorn.

Odd to me on a few levels:

1. Holloway was too injured to face Ortega, a guy who he matches up well against, but then takes a larger, terrible match up on less than a week?
2. Ferguson apparently tripped over a cable, indoors to bust his LCL. He might have been wearing his shades.
3. This is the fourth time this bout has been cancelled.
4. On April 1st, really?

My Skeptic's Muscle was in full swing on this one. Unfortunately, it was a false alarm: This is not an elaborate prank. In some ways, I'm glad I wasn't right. I might have turned into a tin-foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist.
