Moderator Meeting Minutes 1/26/18
In an attempt to keep the public informed of what the Minnow Support Project leadership does and how they do it the organization publishes meeting minutes. These are minutes from January 26th. An effort is underway to get more caught up than we are at present.
In attendance:
Aggroed, Ausbitbank, Crimsonclad, Clayboyn, Isaria, Stitchybitch, Followbtcnews, KubbyElizabeth, Ma1neevent, Juliakponsford, r0nd0n, Teamsteem, swelker101, rougebot
No Emergencies
Rpc nodes are being patched for MSP delegation helper so it will be down for a bit.
Teamsteem wants us to be upfront as to our satisfaction with the group. If something is problematic it is hard to talk about but he wants us to feel comfortable speaking up.
If we need more support for posts, etc.
Aggroed is canceling the crypto growth forum due to lack of participation.

Immediate steps for this week:
We are letting her rest to full 100%
Voted to bring the vote down to 0.5%
No vote needed to close upvote room
Aggroed says to just let the mods decide when to shut it down
Steps for the future
- Clay's upvote bot idea - talk to yapa and daniel
- Delegation room possibly using a second bot
- Make lovebot the member vote
- What defines membership?
- Build our own MSP-steem voter- depending on your SP- it will determine how much you vote Minnow Support posts
Finance Commitee
- Aggroed posted Minnow by the numbers
- Ag is releasing money to Crim and Jeff for the Rpc node
- 1 post per commitee per week
- This refers to Active members..active members are those that are actively involved in committees and moderating in Palnet
- After expenses, Author Gets 25%. Pool gets 25%. MSP gets 50%. (Author is also included in the pool..so author really gets 50%)
- MSP-curation proposal - Instead of including the curators that aren't mods in the pool, they will all receive one extra upvote a week from Msp-curation.
MSP-lambo
Clay's commitee

jrswab is a respected Steemian. He's a Witness and helps with MSP-Curation for technology tag.
