Remember, listening to find common ground can fall onto deaf ears, listening to learn more about the individual sharing will expand your understanding allowing you to connect effortlessly. Please keep in mind to engage with others in the chat room first. We're all there to get to know each other and make new friends. It seems like every new person comes in wanting free upvotes without getting to know anybody. People want to help you after they see you engage for a little while.
