If youre a Steemit newb, Steemfollower offers some services that will give your posts a little more exposure and help grab some followers as well.
It cannot make your posts interesting or funny though. If you find that the content you are posting is not creative or boring, I think your best option is just to throw in the towel. Not a bad free service. Starting a new account with no STEEM, you'll find it hard to attract attention to your post without various methods of paid promotion.
