Three times a day it's my writing habit around here for the moment. I am thinking though to reduce the amount of daily posts to two, but I still have too much to say everyday...
I agree with you totally that consistency is very important to have some success on Steemit. Posting too much on the other hand becomes a burden for the author over time and spamming for the community.
