Minnow of The Week; It Can Only Get Better

Firstly, I want to say a very big thank you to @runicar for putting up this contest. You might not really understand how much I appreciate this opportunity.

REINTRODUCING ME

Greetings wonderful people of Steemland! I bring you glad tidings. 😁😁😁. My name is Evidence and before you ask, yes, I am a lady. I don't know what prompted my parents to give me a name usually answered by a guy, but I can't love the name any less and won't change it for anything.. (Well maybe for a million SBD 😛😛😛)
I'm 20 years old. A fresh graduate from the university of Benin, B.A. History. I am currently into events management and a budding writer.
I'm someone you can refer to as being eccentric. I've got that tiny bit of crazy...

THE JOURNEY OF A MINNOW
So, I got introduced to steemit by my elder brother @kodeblacc. He always said I have a flair for writing and there was a wonderful platform where I can harness it. I joined steemit December 2017, I am yet to even be a month old here, yeah, I am still a baby on this platform.
I must confess, it has been lovely. Of course, it has it's ups and downs.
Well, I made my first post which was my introductory post and the encouragement I got was amazing... People upvoted, commented. It was beautiful.
Well, since then, it has not been quite rosy. I've gotten discouraged, frustrated to a point where I feel like just quitting, but I just can't. I've kept on moving and I'm still trying to thrive here.
It has been quite challenging I must say. You know, when you sit down to write a lovely article, and it's as if no one is seeing it, no one is reading. Those moments, there is always that sting.
There are still times when you write and see people leaving their wonderful comments, and you can't help but to smile.
I've made some really lovely friends here. Joined some discord channels, some WhatsApp groups where you I can just interact with other wonderful Steemians who are there to give you moral support...
My journey here on steemit has been one hell of a rollercoaster and frankly, I would not have it any other way.

Now this is very difficult for me. I've written some pretty good stuffs here and trying to pick one as the best is quite challenging. I don't think I have a best post, but I do have a couple of wonderful posts. Well, here it goes.
