Exactly, seen that chart before! It can really help alot in giving insight in what leases are getting filled quickly. Breaking up your 3000SP into smaller bits is very good to do. If you decide after your lease period you want just 2000SP for example. you can drop a few leases and renew the rest. No waiting time required :D
