well you said to mention and then nobody responds I sent transfer for vote and didnt get refunded till 14 hours later and no response from support dont know what your trying to defend saying i should wait for an auto return that never happened when i specifically said after you commented i didn't want the vote and would like a refund, when questioned on in Discord nobody responds

We refunded you because the auto refund did not happen. Would we have refunded you and the auto refund kicked in that would have given you 20 SBD. Do you understand that that is mildly inconvenient and we therefor waited with a refund?

well i got 7 votes worth 7.6 within 10 minutes after putting to resteem bot so with more visibility it would have got a lot more from yesterday had the vote gone through 19 hours ago
Well it would not have gone through as the error was while sending you back your money.
if your service worked and i got the vote or you gave me a refund after the bug to use on others, not to use on @minnowbooster again , its safe to say wont use again after dealing with your the terrible support and manner from both you and @tech-trends dealing with simple issue
The fact you and @tech-trends actually try to defend holding my 10SBD for so long is a joke isn't the point of using @minnowbooster to get added visibility which the longer it goes the less likely it will be especially when sending the max amount and not having anymore to use other services.

so it took you 2 hours to check something which could be found within 5 minutes checking transfers and steemd steemdb steemworld
Yeah it took me 5 mins, then 5 mins to check the code and fix the problem, then 5 mins to check the logs to see that the transfer_job was enqueued for retrying in a few hours. Then 5 minutes to respond to you in the 5 places you plastered it. And then 15 minutes responding to this thing here.
I am currently busy unvoting abusers and I think they are currently winning dollars because you stop me from unvoting them before they are on payout
